Vice-President Justice João Pedro Caupers represented the Constitutional Court of Portugal at the XIIIth Congress of the Ibero-American Conference of Constitutional Justice, that took place on September 24 and 25. The virtual meeting was hosted by the Constitutional Court of Colombia and the topic of the congress was Jurisdiction for freedom: Democracy and fundamental rights in the states of emergency.
